Based in Thames Ditton, this role is perfect for a results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline and drive growth across global markets. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you''ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to attract and convert high-quality leads.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content, and events channelsPlan and execute lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects through the funnelOwn marketing automation and CRM processes (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, optimise, and report on campaign performanceCollaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goalsA/B test messaging, creative, and calls-to-action to optimise engagementManage external agencies and vendors where appropriateMonitor and analyse KPIs, providing regular performance reports and insightsAbout YouProven track record in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or professional servicesStrong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)Skilled in lead lifecycle management, data segmentation, and funnel optimisationHighly analytical, with a results-driven mindset and keen attention to detailExcellent communicator and collaboratorComfortable working in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in Thames DittonWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsHybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote)A collaborative and purpose-driven cultureThe chance to make a tangible impact in a growing global businessApply now
