Overview

Director of Demand Generation: SaaS – UK (Hybrid, London preferred). This is a rare chance to take full ownership of demand generation for a fast-growing SaaS company – shaping strategy, running programmes, and proving impact all the way through to closed revenue. You’ll be stepping into a highly visible Director of Demand Generation position, leading a small but talented team and building integrated, multi-channel programmes across digital, ABM, paid media, events, SEO/SEM and webinars. You’ll be accountable for how demand flows through to pipeline, revenue, and deals won. The tech stack includes Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Google, LinkedIn, and you’ll work directly with senior leadership to design and execute programmes that make a measurable commercial difference.This isn’t a US-headquartered role where all decisions are made overseas. You’ll own the global demand generation function in the UK, partner closely with sales, product marketing, and operations, and evangelise the value of marketing internally. It’s hands-on, strategic, and a genuine opportunity to prove what demand gen can do when it’s done right.We’re looking for someone with:Responsibilities

Lead a small but talented team and build integrated, multi-channel programmes across digital, ABM, paid media, events, SEO/SEM and webinars.Own the flow of demand from initial engagement through to pipeline, revenue, and closed deals.Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute programmes that drive measurable commercial impact.Partner with sales, product marketing, and operations to evangelise the value of marketing internally.Operate in a hands-on and strategic capacity with a strong emphasis on accountability and results.Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally in enterprise softwareStrong track record of pipeline and revenue growth, not just top-of-funnel activityHands-on expertise with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce)Experience with ABM, paid digital, and multi-channel campaign designThe ability to lead a small team while remaining very hands-onDetails
