Our vision is to transform recruitment in the changing world of education and our mission is to become the sector''s most trusted education recruitment company.As Delivery Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement of managed recruitment services across The Supply Register''s Multi-Academy Trust and College partnerships. Acting as a key strategic relationship manager for both clients and supply chain, this role is accountable for maintaining exceptional service, maximising revenue opportunities and supporting long-term client retenion and growth.Relationship Management Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders at Multi-Academy Trusts across all regions. Develop and enhance partnerships with clients by building relationships with multiple key contacts at each Trust. Service delivery: Attend regular service reviews with all clients ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) are met and make the necessary actions to navigate any challenges.
