The Opportunity: We are in search of an aspiring and energetic individual to join a successful team in Bromley, Southeast London. As a member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team and working initially in a 180-candidate focussed capacity with a view to becoming a fully fledged 360 consultant. You will: Be issued with job descriptions, both contract and/or permanent, and will be given a full briefing by the Talent Solutions Lead in terms of what is required for the client, and from you Need to identify the best profiles available which will be achieved in a multitude of ways Advertise vacancies where appropriate and manage candidate response Go in search of passive candidates and obtain referrals that are suited for each live vacancy you are responsible for Spot candidate market mapping opportunities from potential competitors Create social media content to develop inbound enquiries and talent pools Arrange and conduct telephone and/or face-to-face screenings Ensure all candidates are kept well informed at each stage of their application and promote a pleasant candidate ..... full job details .....
