Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers and business analysts from junior to senior levels, delivering successful client projects at Scott Logic.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver positive outcomes for clients and their customers.

Deliver end-to-end delivery across multiple disciplines, drawing on broad tradecraft and ability to connect across disciplines to create value.

Develop regional leadership and support teams and individuals to grow and succeed.

Mentor and coach colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and professional development.

Contribute to the overall delivery capability, with hands-on delivery in a consultancy environment that values face-to-face engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and attributes

Proven leadership, communication, collaboration, organisation, and influencing skills.

Experience across development, testing, quality assurance, business analysis, and project management in IT/consulting settings.

Ability to work effectively in a small, client-focused software company and to adapt to remote or hybrid working.

Experience mentoring and coaching, and a willingness to engage in personal and team development.

Comfort with a breadth-based approach that sees breadth as a strength and enables connections across disciplines to deliver client value.
