This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be at the heart of our delivery operation, coordinating drivers, vehicles and customer requirements across a 24/7 operation. What you’ll do Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules for bulk customers. Act as a key point of contact for customer delivery queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Monitor customer stock levels, orders and telemetry information to anticipate delivery requirements. Coordinate drivers, vehicles, product availability and transport movements to make the best use of resources. Respond to unexpected delivery and operational issues, finding practical solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
