ROLE PURPOSE Own the delivery cadence and Agile ceremonies for one or more client work packages, ensuring teams deliver to agreed scope, timeline, and quality. Act as the servant-leader for delivery teams, removing impediments and facilitating effective collaboration with client stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) aligned to the GDS phased delivery approach. Manage work package delivery from scoping through to completion, tracking progress against agreed deliverables, timescales, and SLAs. Co-ordinate cross-team dependencies and escalate risks and issues to authority representatives. Own the formal work package response process including time, cost, and resource planning in collaboration with the technical lead.
