Your new roleWe''re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a fast-paced digital/product environment. This role will suit someone confident working across agile teams, with strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on experience using Aha! (including integration with Azure DevOps).Key Responsibilities:Lead agile delivery across one or more product teams, driving Sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, etc.)Act as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to agile best practice and continuous improvementWork closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomesManage dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreamsSupport roadmap execution using Aha!, ensuring alignment with wider product strategyFacilitate integration between Aha! and Azure DevOps, maintaining clear visibility of delivery progressProvide clear reporting on delivery status, velocity, and key metricsWhat you''ll need to succeedStrong background as a Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master in agile environmentsProven experience using Aha!
