Delivery Managers

We''re recruiting 2 x Delivery Managers to support ongoing and future works across the Southern Water Clean Rivers and Seas programme, working closely with PMs and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of works.

This is a varied and hands-on role interfacing between project management and on-site teams.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting scoping and planning of works

• Coordinating site enabling and compliance documentation

• Overseeing subcontractors and work progress

• Managing site logistics and ensuring H&S compliance

• Ensuring work readiness through planning & noticing

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience delivering or supporting water utility projects (Southern Water experience ideal)

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Ability to liaise between office and field-based teams

• Comfortable working from the Battle / Hastings office (site visits required)
