This is an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of workforce development programmes designed to build educator capability and improve outcomes across the technical education sector. Working across programmes including the Centre of Excellence and Technical Excellence College programmes, you will work with colleges, training providers and other stakeholders to support high-quality programme delivery and strengthen teaching, learning and assessment practice. You will manage assigned programmes from day-to-day implementation through to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. This will include coordinating programme activity, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring progress against objectives and targets, managing programme-level risks and budgets, and using data and feedback to improve delivery.
