Delivery Manager - Transformation - FTC

Our client, a leading organisation in the defence and security sector, is seeking a Transformation Delivery Manager to lead complex business transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and handover. Based in Glenrothes, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working with three days per week on site. Working within the PMO and reporting to the IBP Lead, you will manage cross-functional projects involving process redesign, systems implementation, operating model change and governance improvement. You will support UK readiness for a future enterprise resource planning transformation, ensuring projects deliver measurable benefits and align with established project management frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Take full accountability for assigned transformation initiatives from mobilisation to implementation and handoverDevelop and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, benefits and resourcesLead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountabilityManage project governance, reporting and assurance in line with organisational standardsIdentify, assess and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues where appropriateDrive stakeholder engagement across operational, functional and leadership teamsSupport process standardisation, system implementation, operating model redesign and capability improvementPrepare and present clear updates for senior stakeholders, steering committees and ..... full job details .....
