Delivery Manager - Telecoms 12 month FTC

at TieTalent on behalf of Telent. The successful candidate will be employed to manage the delivery programme for the area, interfacing between Depot Supervisors and the Project Program team. The role involves coordinating Civils and Flex activities and ensuring the activity plan for the PON estimates is efficient. Although Agile working, the position requires travel to London for Client and Site meetings to cover works inside the M25. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.What you’ll do

Report daily to the line manager of outputs, problems, issuesProvide updates on a regular basis to works control and noticing departmentKeep accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered, updating SOLO Notes and Project tracker notesEnsure all Job Pack Supporting Documents including Box to Box Diagrams and Openreach A537 forms are completed accurately and to specificationEnsure that all Traffic Management / TTRO requirements are met and recordedSet Estimate Required By Dates in line with delivery programAllocate jobs on SOLO/Connect system to Accredited ResourceEnsure Estimates follow mandated system progress / RFNA (Ready For Next Activity)Attend Exchange Mobilisation Meetings and carry out Joint Site Meetings with client and other relevant stakeholdersCompare Build Packs to Survey expectationCheck Quality of Surveys (percentage of total) / Walk PON RoutesKey Requirements

Demonstrable understanding of the Openreach external networkExtensive knowledge of Building a PON Telecoms Network - preferably on the Openreach Network - Fibre CitiesPreferable experience of SOLO / Connect / CT MobileIOSH Managing SafelyNRSWA Unit LA, S2Hold a Full UK Driving LicenceWhat we offer
