Key Responsibilities

  Lead agile delivery teams to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

  Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.

  Work closely with product owners, service designers, and technical leads to align delivery with user needs and strategic goals.

  Support stakeholders with clear communication, reporting, and expectation management.

  Champion agile practices across the team and wider organisation.

Essential Skills andamp; Experience

• 
  

  Proven track record as a Delivery Manager within the UK public sector.

• 
  

  Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.).

• 
  

  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• 
  

  Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

  Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and assurance processes.
