Delivery Manager - Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programme. This role will involve close collaboration with the existing in-house team of Oracle E-Business Suite specialists, the internal project team, and the Systems Integrator partner. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the programme forward, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and holding all parties accountable. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programme. Collaborate effectively with the internal EBS specialists and project teams to ensure smooth transition and integration. Act as the primary point of contact for the Systems Integrator (SI), holding them accountable for delivery commitments and quality standards. Apply strong delivery governance to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly. Drive cross-functional team collaboration using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Oversee and coordinate all activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with financial regulations. Use ITIL best practices to manage service transitions, incident management, and change control processes.
