Where appropriate lead on smaller projects. Collaborate across different department functions to ensure allocated tasks contribute to the overall project delivery requirements. What we''re looking for We''re looking for someone who combines strong project delivery experience with a practical, hands-on understanding of marine outfit environments. The ideal candidate: 10+ years'' experience within the marine outfit industry. Experience working across marine sectors such as cruise, ferry, defence or superyacht. A strong understanding of outfit planning and delivery onboard marine vessels. Experience managing large teams of tradespeople. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, working drawings and written scopes of work. Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Project.
