Delivery Manager

Role: Delivery Manager - eCommerce and Digital AgencyLocation: Hybrid (3 days per week in London)Salary: 55,000 to 70,000 (DoE) Are you a seasoned Delivery Manager with a passion for leading digital projects that drive real business impact? We are supporting a fast-growing eCommerce and digital marketing agency in London as they look to hire a Delivery Manager to help shape and scale their client delivery function. You will be the driving force behind multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of websites, digital campaigns and eCommerce solutions for a broad portfolio of clients. What you''ll be doing:Oversee the delivery of digital and e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier client satisfaction.Act as the key liaison between client and agency teams - building trust and maintaining momentum.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, designers, strategists, and PMs.Monitor and improve delivery performance, SLAs, and KPIs.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive service excellence.Handle escalations calmly and confidently, keeping projects on track. Requirements: 5+ years'' experience in a Delivery Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role.A background in a digital agency or eCommerce-focused environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery best practices.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at pace.A collaborative approach with excellent communication ..... full job details .....
