Delivery Manager (Agile) - NHS Experience Essential.Location: Leeds 1x/monthRate: 550 per day Inside Ir35Contract Length: Until March 2027 OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a high-impact programme within the NHS. This role will focus on driving Agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful outcomes in a complex, regulated healthcare environment.You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, removing delivery blockers, and embedding best practice Agile ways of working across teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery across one or more Agile teams within an NHS programmeFacilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcasesAct as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadershipIdentify and remove blockers to ensure smooth and consistent deliveryTrack progress against milestones, managing risks, issues, and dependenciesDrive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team performanceSupport effective stakeholder communication, including reporting and governanceEnsure delivery aligns with NHS standards, compliance, and governance frameworks Key RequirementsProven experience as a Delivery Manager in Agile environmentsStrong background working with the NHS or wider healthcare sectorDemonstrable experience delivering digital or transformation programmesExcellent stakeholder management skills across technical and ..... full job details .....
