Delivery Lead - Up to £46,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits (Civil Service Pension) + Hybrid (Stratford, London)We''re looking for a passionate and collaborative Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of digital products and projects, enabling teams to perform at their best whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys removing barriers, coaching teams, improving delivery flow, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure value is delivered consistently and predictably.What You''ll Be DoingLeading the end-to-end delivery of digital products and projects across cross-functional teams.Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Kanban cadences.Driving continuous improvement by identifying and removing delivery blockers and bottlenecks.Using delivery metrics and Real Time data to improve team performance, predictability, and flow.Building strong relationships with product, technology, business, and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.Coaching teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices, helping them become increasingly self-managing and high-performing.Managing dependencies across teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.Creating clear visibility of progress, risks, and priorities through delivery dashboards and reporting.Working with third-party partners and suppliers to ensure alignment ..... full job details .....
