Inside IR35Delivery Lead required to join a UK leading brand in Birmingham. Excellent rates, long term engagement andamp; 60% remote Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to implementation. Develop and maintain delivery plans, forecasts and reporting. Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations. Coordinate activities across technical and business teams. Support resource planning, prioritisation and capacity management. Ensure delivery milestones and governance requirements are met. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices. Skills andamp; Experience Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent projects. Strong planning, governance and reporting skills. Experience with resource planning and capacity management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar delivery tools is desirable.
