Delivery Lead – Credit Risk and Regulatory TransformationLondon (Hybrid) • Contract until end of the year

We are seeking a Delivery Lead with strong expertise in IRB modelling, credit and capital management, and regulatory transformation to join a high-impact programme within a leading global bank. This role will focus on delivering strategic initiatives aligned with Basel III/IV, ICAAP, CCAR, and broader credit risk transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of regulatory and credit risk transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards (Basel III/IV, CRD IV/V, PRA, EBA).

Oversee the implementation and validation of IRB models (PD, LGD, EAD), working closely with risk modelling and compliance teams.

Drive ICAAP and capital planning workstreams, ensuring robust governance and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to define roadmaps, manage change governance, and ensure delivery aligns with the bank’s Target Operating Model.

Ensure solutions meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectations across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.

Influence architecture and data teams to ensure model integration and reporting capabilities are fit for purpose.

Establish effective project controls, quality assurance, and reporting frameworks.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

Experience Required

Proven track record delivering IRB model development or validation programmes within Tier 1 banks.

Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks, economic capital modelling, and regulatory capital requirements.

Experience leading ICAAP, CCAR, or similar regulatory submissions.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams across risk, finance, IT, and compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact workstreams.
