Delivery Driver

3.5T MULTI-DROP DRIVER
Location: DDC Oxford Cowley, Units 11, 12 andamp; 13, Fenchurch Court, Bobby Fryer Court, Cowley, Oxfordshire, OX4 6ZN
Pay rate: £12.66 per hour
Shift times: 09:00 - 15:00

Contract Type: 5 Week temp over

Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our National Client based in Cowley for a 3.5T Driver to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start!

ROLE AND EXPERIENCE

• Working between Monday and Friday (09:00 - 15:00)
• Delivering paint and decorating supplies to decorators and trade customers via a planned route within a given area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be aged over 21 years old
• Full UK Driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have appropriate PPE (Safety Boots/High Viz Jacket).
• Flexible to support with additional duties e.g., carry out general warehouse/store duties during periods when not occupied in driving duties
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Multidrop experience is desirable as there could be anything between 5 and 50 drops a day (depending on demand and the areas).
• Good customer service skills (engaging directly with customers)
