They are building a modern digital platform to make their market easier to administer, more responsive to change, and more customer-centric. As they move toward operational launch, the challenge is no longer just ''can we build the software?'' but how they support the Digital Team and all of their stakeholders with coordinating all of the moving parts to release the product and make sound judgements around our priorities. They are looking for a hands-on Delivery Director who can help them bridge the gap between delivery and real-world readiness. This is not a coordination-only role - you will be expected to actively fix problems, make decisions with the board, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and customers and raise release quality.
