Delivery Controller

Role Purpose The Controller (Accounts) plays a key role in supporting the commercial, operational, financial, and administrative activities of the Machinery Team. The position is responsible for coordinating MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) business activities, supporting logistics and project operations, maintaining financial controls, and delivering high-quality customer and stakeholder support. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who demonstrates ownership, continuously seeks opportunities for improvement, and contributes to the growth and success of the business through collaboration, analytical thinking, and effective stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Commercial and Operational Support Prepare customer quotations and cost estimates. Coordinate domestic and international logistics and shipment activities. Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other business partners. Support MRO operations, spot projects, and machinery-related business activities. Attend customer and supplier sites as required. Support project activities for installation and logistics projects. Assist with customer account management and business development activities. Financial Administration and Reporting Record and maintain accurate financial information and transaction records. Process customer invoices and supplier payments.
