Day to day duties will include - - Oversee all installations of steel and aluminium windows Managing and support of installations teams as well as subcontractors Coordinate and schedule installations, ensuring efficient time management Working closely with the office team (attend office meetings and spend time between sites and office) Act as key liaison between site team and office, ensuring clear communication Communicate professionally with clients when necessary Ensure all jobs are installed correctly and to high standards and all processes followed. Taking detailed site photos showing progress, snagging and finished installation. Ensure jobs are signed off properly, reporting and addressing any issues with the office.
