Manpower is looking for a Delivery andamp; Payroll Administrator to join our Leeds office.
This is a key support role within our recruitment team, responsible for ensuring temporary workers are onboarded correctly, payroll preparation is processed accurately, and clients receive a reliable service. The role would suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What you''ll be doing

  • Managing candidate sourcing andamp; onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
  • Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
  • Ensuring key deadlines are met and onboarding is completed in a timely manner
  • Building positive working relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
  • Supporting the delivery of vacancies across a range of clients and sectors

What we''re looking for

  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment support or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a busy team
