Yoy can come from a Recruitment delivery background, a 360 Recruitment Consultant background or perhaps you are a B2B sales professional looking to start a career in Recruitment. The Role The position will be a delivery role and you would expect to develop to a 360 consultant within a year. You will work either in Public Sector Tech, Salesforce IT Recruitment Team or within the Renewable Energy brand in the group. You will interview for the group and they will discuss which team you''d prefer and fit best. There are three positions available currently. The Package Salary depends on experience and success but will be circa 25,000 15-20% commission no threshold! Build a contract book as a delivery consultant.30% split on deals increasing to 50% once you are consultant.
