Delivery & Installation Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Delivery & Installation Technician to join an established organisation based near Guildford, Surrey.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving driving, deliveries, installations and collections across Surrey. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working practically and providing a high level of customer service.

The role will include:

• Driving a company van to locations across Surrey
• Delivering and collecting a range of items
• Installing items at customer locations
• Loading and unloading goods, including some heavier items
• Carrying out basic installations, with some servicing and repair work where required
• Using basic DIY skills as part of installation work
• Providing excellent customer service while out on the road
• Participating in an out-of-hours and weekend rota

What we''re looking for:

• Previous relevant experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided
• A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years, with no more than 6 points
• Previous van driving experience would be beneficial
• Comfortable with a physically active role, including loading and unloading
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic DIY skills would be advantageous
• Reliable, hardworking and comfortable working independently
