Delegation of Authority Programme Manager

Delegation of Authority Programme Manager needed for an initial 3-month role with our FMCG client based in Edinburgh. The right candidate must be a seasoned Programme Manager with a track record of delivering specific Delegation of Authority / Schedule of Delegated Authority / DoA Matrix / DoA Framework programmes within complex organisations, including strong Governance and Financial Controls experience and experience within Global organisations.The role is Outside IR35, 3-months initially (though expected to roll on for up to 12-months) and will require candidates to work weekly in Edinburgh (hybrid).The requirement is for a strong Delegation of Authority Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile Delegation of Authority (DoA) transformation programme for a large multinational organisation. This is a hands-on business change and delivery leadership role focused on implementing sustainable governance, controls and approval processes across multiple business regions and functions.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the Delegation of Authority transformation programme, from initial discovery through to business adoption and operational embedding.
