Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned to business goalsCollaborating with virtual teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client communicationsManaging stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and business divisionsCreating and maintaining compelling sales enablement materials and digital contentOverseeing thought leadership initiatives including webinars, articles and client updatesMonitoring and benchmarking competitor activity to inform campaign enhancementsEnsuring compliance with brand, regulatory and governance standardsTracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign effectivenessQualifications
Proven experience in marketing within asset managementStrong understanding of the Retirement market in the UKExcellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing contentExperience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationshipsKnowledge of digital and traditional marketing channelsBudget management and campaign ROI monitoringA proactive, collaborative mindset with strong project management skillsA degree or equivalent experience; industry accreditation (e.g. IMC) is a plusSeniority level
