Unlike high-volume review roles, this position allows you to spend meaningful time with clients and deliver high-quality, compliant advice.What you''ll be doing:Conducting approx 8 longer advice meetings per week (approx. 1.5 hours each).Providing detailed retirement planning and DB advice.Preparing recommendations with the support of an experienced paraplanning team.Working collaboratively with colleagues via Teams and structured processes.Maintaining high-quality client records and meeting all compliance requirements.What We''re Looking ForTypically 3-4 years'' experience within DB/retirement advice.Strong understanding of pensions, transfers, and technical advice processes.Confident in leading ..... full job details .....
