Employers’ Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL)

claims for retail clients.This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE who wants to manage a

high-value, varied caseload

while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.What the Role InvolvesManaging your own caseload of EL and PL claims from instruction to settlement, including complex matters.

Providing clear and professional advice to clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the claims process.

Drafting correspondence, reviewing medical and expert evidence, negotiating settlements, and attending court when required.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression and high-quality client service.

Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations and internal quality standards.

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate, contributing to team development.

About YouQualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in personal injury law, ideally with experience on the

defendant side

in EL and PL claims.

Confident managing a caseload independently while delivering excellent client care.

Strong technical knowledge of personal injury litigation and claims handling.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised, commercially aware, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a specialist team.
