Your new role You will manage a caseload of defendant motor and road traffic accident claims, ranging from fast-track matters through to more complex litigated files. Working as part of an established insurance team, you will have exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your technical expertise further. Key responsibilities : Managing a litigated caseload of defendant RTA claims from inception through to resolution. Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court documents. Advising insurer clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy. Negotiating settlements and attending hearings where required.
