JOB REF: 215304882 THE ROLE: • Produce detailed Bills of Costs for formal assessment across a range of matters, including inter partes, legal aid, and solicitor–client cases. • Compile Schedules of Costs to support summary assessment applications. • Examine and evaluate case files to identify and extract the information required for accurate cost drafting. • Work closely with fee earners to confirm case details and ensure all cost documentation is precise and complete. • Draft and respond to Points of Dispute and Replies when required. • Monitor and remain informed about developments in costs law, the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and relevant case law. • Assist with the preparation of matters for costs hearings and detailed assessments.
