This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service within occupied residential properties.You''ll play a key role in improving customers'' homes by carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and high-quality redecoration works, helping to create safer, healthier living environments.Key Responsibilities Carry out mould treatments and associated redecoration works. Complete ventilation surveys within residential properties. Deliver a high-quality, right-first-time service in customers'' homes. Keep customers informed throughout the works, providing excellent customer service at every stage. Manage materials efficiently and complete work safely, on time and to a high standard. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve residential properties. Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures.
