Located near Woking and salary guide £25-30K plus benefits. We are seeking an experienced Deburr Operator / Precision Finishing Technician to join a high-quality precision engineering environment. This role focuses on high-end cosmetic and functional finishing of tight-tolerance, high-value components for demanding engineering applications. Individuals will be working within a small team but need to be able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision. Deburr Operator responsibilities: Hand deburring and precision finishing of CNC-machined components Removal of burrs, sharp edges and machining marks to cosmetic and functional standards High-end finishing of tight-tolerance and customer-critical components Operation of rumbling / vibratory finishing processes where required Use of hand and powered tools including files, stones, scrapers, emery, Scotch-Brite, pencil and die grinders Preparation of components for anodising, coating, plating and assembly Reading and working from engineering drawings and job documentation Final visual and tactile inspection to ensure quality compliance Maintaining excellent housekeeping and tool control standards You should ..... full job details .....
