      <description>Location: Stroud | Salary: &amp;pound;34000/annum | Type: Permanent | Deburr Operative    Location:  Stroud   Hours:  Monday to Friday - Double Days Shift Rotation   Salary:  Competitive salary available on application   Type:  Permanent   Key Responsibilities of a Deburr Operative:     Remove burrs and debris from machined components using appropriate tools and techniques   Inspect critical features to ensure components meet quality standards   Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications   Use borescopes to inspect cross holes and galleries   Complete and sign off dimensional record sheets   Operate wash tanks to clean finished components   Maintain traceability of all components   Support part marking activities following training   Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping within the work area   Work closely with the machine shop team to ensure production targets are met    Key Skills of a Deburr Operative:     Previous deburring or precision engineering experience   Good manual dexterity and attention to detail   Ability to read and understand engineering drawings   Experience using hand tools and inspection equipment   Understanding of surface finish requirements   Strong quality focus and pride in workmanship   Ability to work indep...</description>
