Field Collections Officer - Birmingham £29,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus (OTE £45K) £45K OTE in a field-based role where you manage your own territory and work independently. We are recruiting a Field Collections Officer to cover Birmingham, working directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances and agree repayment solutions. This is a field-based position where you will manage your own workload and territory, working independently on a day-to-day basis. The Role Visiting customers at home or business premises to discuss outstanding balances Negotiating and agreeing affordable repayment plans Handling sensitive financial situations in a professional and respectful manner Recording activity and maintaining accurate case notes Managing your own diary and territory Requirements Experience in collections, debt recovery or a customer-facing role Confident handling difficult or sensitive conversations Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Package £29,000 basic salary £5,000 car allowance Bonus scheme (OTE £45K) Full training and onboarding Supportive team environment and ongoing development Please apply with your CV for consideration.
