You will be responsible for supporting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties, working with them to understand their circumstances and agree appropriate solutions. The role will involve: Managing a caseload of customers with outstanding rent or property-related payments. Contacting customers by telephone and other appropriate methods to discuss arrears. Investigating individual circumstances and negotiating realistic repayment arrangements. Providing information and signposting customers towards appropriate financial, benefits, debt and employment support.
