As a Debt Case Advisor, you will provide tailored financial guidance and debt solutions, supporting customers throughout their journey while ensuring all advice is delivered in line with regulatory requirements.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within financial services, debt advice, collections, or regulated sales.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
• Experience supporting vulnerable customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or customer outcome targets.
