Debt and Welfare Benefit Advisers (Trainee) Salary: £25,000 per annum (for review following successful completion of probation and upon qualifying as an accredited Debt and Welfare Benefit Advisor) 35 hours per week Based at Birmingham Settlement''s Sports and Community Centre, Kingstanding, Birmingham with regular attendance at outreach locations across the city Birmingham Settlement''s Money Advice Service are looking for highly motivated Trainee Debt and Welfare Benefit Advisers to work for our established and highly respected Advice Quality Standard (AQS) accredited Money Advice Service. As a trainee Adviser you will work alongside our experienced team to deliver effective, high-quality debt and welfare benefits advice to a wide range of clients in differing circumstances. You will be provided with excellent training - a mix of desk-based study and observational ''on-the-job'' interventions with our service users - to develop the skills required to become an accredited Adviser Following a successful accreditation and period of probation you will become a fully qualified Debt and Welfare Benefit Adviser.
