Job purpose To supervise, coach and develop trainee debt advisers, ensuring they achieve the knowledge, skills and competence required to deliver high-quality debt advice in line with MaPS quality standards and organisational policies. The role is responsible for quality assurance, case supervision, progression reviews, placement support and safeguarding advice quality while helping to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled debt advisers across the Debt Free Advice partnership. 1. Supervise and develop Trainee Debt Advisers Provide day-to-day line management, mentoring, coaching, technical supervision and pastoral support to Trainee Debt Advisers, enabling them to develop the competence, confidence and professional standards required to achieve accreditation and deliver high-quality debt advice. Provide the level of management expected of colleagues across the organisation and in line with internal policies and procedures. 2.
