Deals Tax, Real Estate - Senior Manager

Our Deals Tax team works closely with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of a variety of deals projects including; Business Recovery Services, Real Assets and Credit and Mergers and Acquisitions. We are looking for an individual to join our Real Assets and Credit tax team as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate team. You''ll work on complex and challenging assignments. Our team advises on a large volume of diverse direct and indirect real estate transactions both in the UK and across the world. You will gain experience working with prestigious and interesting clients as we have a wide client base including sovereign wealth funds, high profile multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds and REITs.Responsibilities
Acting as overall deal architect - making a call on content, tone and focus of a report; taking responsibility for successful delivery and management of your projects.Working with the partners and directors to identify opportunities to bring in additional services and proactively manage project risk profile when leading proposals and kicking off new pieces of work.Setting the standard for coaching on projects; take time to get to know the team and their objectives; make upskilling a priority for the team where appropriateInvesting in your client relationships and key client stakeholders to get to know your clients\'' business concerns and priorities.You have experience of working on Real Estate projects for key clients or a track record of advising on UK corporate taxYou have experience of leading and coaching othersYou have experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networksYou have developed communication skills, for example, in negotiating with and influencing othersYou must possess an accounting or tax qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.About our values
