We are seeking a proficient Deal Advisory Tax Manager to join a heavyweight MandA team in Reading. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice on a wide range of deal advisory projects.Client details: Our client is a large-sized organisation in the financial practice sector with a robust presence in Reading and London, operating on an international scale.Responsibilities

Provide expert tax advice on a wide range of deal advisory projects.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the tax department.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Ensure all tax advice is technically sound and compliant with laws and regulations.Identify opportunities to expand the provision of tax advisory services to clients.Qualifications

A strong academic background, preferably in a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.Excellent technical tax knowledge and skills.Strong client relationship management skills.Job Offer
