Description Support Directors and Partners on transaction tax and deal advisory engagements. Assist with buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence assignments. Contribute to transaction structuring projects for private equity and credit clients. Analyse tax-related financial and legal information to identify key risks and opportunities.
