Location: East Midlands (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office post-probation)

Salary: -25,000 - -26,000 (DOE)

A leading UK energy accreditation provider is seeking a DEA Technical Consultant to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical consultancy, training delivery, and customer support within a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities of DEA Technical Consultant role:

• Deliver Introductory Level 3 DEA training to new delegates
• Support continued professional development courses for new and existing DEAs
• Provide technical guidance and support via email, phone, and in person
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and learning materials

The DEA Technical Consultant will be:

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (Level 3) with several years'' experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform calculations
• Excellent customer service skills in a busy environment
• Clear and confident communication skills for face-to-face, verbal, and written interactions
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships in a team
• Comfortable using IT as an integral part of daily work

Preferred:

• Experience in the built environment industry and an interest in energy assessment as a career
• Background in telephone or customer support
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable building practices
