This is a highly operational, production-focused Tier 2 role, responsible for incident response, service restoration, troubleshooting and day-to-day operational support across a large-scale network environment.You''ll support Cisco ASR/ISR, Cisco Nexus/Catalyst and Arista DCS/CloudVision platforms, responding to production incidents, leading technical triage and coordinating with relevant teams to restore services.
