As a Care Assistant in our Greensleeves Care Home – Grosvenor House you will be working alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants who support residents with their daily needs. Following resident care plans ensuring each resident receives the correct person-centred care, support, and daily interaction. Like everyone at Greensleeves, Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well as playing your own part in creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable.What you’ll need
