Job Title: Dayforce Solution Owner Location: Hybrid - London/Birmingham Start Date: May Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35We''re supporting a global client on a major HR technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Dayforce Solutions Owner to lead a high-profile implementation.This role sits at the centre of the programme, acting as the Dayforce Subject Matter Expert and strategic advisor, ensuring the solution design aligns with business objectives while guiding stakeholders and delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end Dayforce solution implementation, from requirements and gap analysis through to solution blueprint and deployment.Own the overall solution design, configuration, integrations, and process mapping across Dayforce modules.Act as the primary client-facing SME, translating technical concepts into clear business insights.Provide technical leadership to the delivery team, ensuring high-quality execution and risk management.Support post-implementation activities, resolving issues and advising on optimisation.Identify and manage programme risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.Lead and mentor distributed project teams, ensuring effective delivery across onshore/offshore resources.Required ExperienceExtensive Dayforce expertise across multiple modules with experience delivering multi-country implementations.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.Proven ability to lead large HR technology transformation ..... full job details .....
