The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you''ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for young people aged 11 to 17 with learning disabilities. You''ll provide practical and emotional support, helping them build confidence, develop independence, and enjoy positive day-to-day experiences. From supporting young people with school routines and activities to assisting with meal preparation and personal care, no two days are the same. Your encouragement and consistency will help create a home where children feel valued, respected, and cared for. About the Home This is a warm, family-focused residential setting where relationships are at the heart of everything. You''ll support young people with their daily routines, social activities, education, and individual care needs, helping them reach their full potential while promoting their wellbeing and independence.
