As a Team Leader, you will provide direction, guidance and support to Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and behaviour management are maintained at all times, within a Ofsted Registered Children''s Home in Eastbourne, which is rated "Good".The home is a 4 bed children''s residential home supporting young people aged 12 to 16 with a range of complex and additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, PTSD, global developmental delay, self harming behaviours and challenging behaviours.The young people are verbal and relatively independent, and benefit from consistent, energetic and emotionally resilient adults who can build positive relationships, bring structure and create a warm and engaging home environment.What We Offer:Exceptional Hourly Rates, 18.17 - 21.34 Per ..... full job details .....
